after sending in an application request, you are given a comprehensive form to fill in, including desired working location and scedule. two letters of reference are also required. from there you arrange a skype interview where you learn more about the company, working in Japan, and a small roleplay practice

Basic interview questions followed by roleplaying with interviewer. Interviewer was friendly and explained everything carefully. The roleplaying is embarrassing and I’m not really sure what the point of it is.

It was easy and friendly, had to do two demo classes, one pretending to do it in person, another pretending to do it online. It wasn't a bad experience at all even though I was not given a job offer.
