2 stages, first with Magdalena on the phone and then training and assessment onsite. Everything was so smooth and I was able to get updates from Magda even when I had to cancel interview because my child was sick. Nothing was too much effort for her. People on site were great as well. Best process I went through

Basic theory test, driving test and interview.
Out on the road for about 30 minutes.
Driving test if theory test is passed.
Called back for an interview if successful on drive.
