Just try to inquire about past companies and try to find out weather candidate is lying about experience. - They dont know about background Verification, so waste time in being detective while interviewing candidate. -very arrogant and seems to unaware about industry so ask silly question ,they do not have any interview process ,it is just like Lala ki dukaan.
