Entretien
Three rounds of interviews, meeting with team members and leadership scaling by round. More focused on behavioral questions and company alignment. The process was smooth and their HR team was very responsive to any questions I had.

Entretien
It was a basic interview, where HR does the first interview. Standard questions. The second interview (same day for me) was conducted by the partner in charge (one of the smartest men in the industry, in my opinion).
They said they would get back to me and I was offered a position within a few days. I never had to follow up. Kim (the HR manager) is one of the best I have worked with and she is really on top of things.

The questions were very general. They asked me to describe my experience and which kind of tax returns I had prepared.
