the whole process was straightforward until you have gotten to the interview question where they asked you about your recovery process and mental health recovery is not textbook and each person does not fit a text book for recovery

It seemed very messy. It took months after I applied to get a call back, the interviewers were late to the scheduled time, and then it took weeks to get feedback after the conclusion of the interview.
