Started with a phone interview with recruiter (20 minutes of introductions and goals), then moved onto a 30 minute Manager zoom call where we talked about company and team dynamic. Then processed to a 5-person Zoom panel interview. Some interviewers were very informal and asked about hobbies and interests. Other panelists made situational questions and asked about past experiences and what you can bring to the team.
