Contacted by external recruiter about this role. Proceed to 1st phone interview with HR, then hiring manager within a few days. Within a week, proceed to final round of panel interviewers. Received the verbal offer within 24 hrs. However, the title was demoted. After some negotiation, they offered the original title, but given me only 24 hr to accept the offer. When I kindly asked for more time to consider, they pulled the offer. To me the entire hiring process was rushed and unprofessional, and made me feel whether uncomfortable to make such career decision in less than 24 hr.

Applied online, contacted by HR: 1. HR Phone Screen 2. Teams call with Hiring Manager 3. Teams call with two other Managers All interviews went well, and the interview process was rushed so fast it was completed within ten days. Even though I got a call from an HR rep. on my follow-up on the interview, the HR rep. had my reviews on interview were fantastic. But at the last moment, the hiring manager decided to interview a few more folks, and I have ghosted for more than two weeks with no response stating the interview process is still in operation and let me check the status, and I will get back to you. This is frustrating because, when I was interviewing, the interview process was so much in a rush that I felt they would complete this process within two weeks. It has been almost a month and no positive or negative feedback from the company. This proves to me how laidback culture is, and expectations are set too high at the time of the interview.
