The face-to-face interview was the most unprofessional and laughable experience I have ever been a part of. First, it was a 2 hour trip to the interview location so I invested a considerable amount of time to attend. After I arrived for the interview it did not begin until 20 minutes after the scheduled start time since apparently the person I was suppose to speak with was interviewing someone else (already odd). Eventually a different employee ushered me to a conference room where we discussed the basics of the position for about 15 minutes before the employee left to try and get the person I was suppose to interview with. Here's the good part. The interviewer walks into the room (doesn't introduce himself so I'm left to assume he's the correct supervisor) to inform me that he is busy with sales meetings and won't be able to conduct the interview. He asks if the company has a copy of my resume and says "we'll get back to you either way". So I essentially drove to drop off my resume and be disregarded. Naturally I never received a response from the company regarding the "interview". If this company's interview process is any indication of how they treat their employees or conduct business then I would highly recommend to avoid them. My advice is don't waste your time with GP.
