Generally very chill process. I was joining a new team so it was less structured than what anyone else should expect. Amazingly, no technicals. They spent a lot of time asking me to deeply elaborate on prior experience, and asked questions about the public markets. Definitely have a good understanding of current market trends and dynamics, particularly for SPACs and tech.

I interviewed with the NYC office and had a first round with a VP and a second round with two Executive Directors. All in all, it seems like the US presence is growing, however culture seems a bit flat and still European focused. They asked for a 4 hour technical assessment following the second round.
