      Very worst interview process.I cleared aptitude test and coding test like a piece of cake. But got eliminated in psychometry test. People who wrote stories got selected but I wrote full achievements with truth got rejected. You could have even had a background verification for what I said and what other candidate said. Damn you idiotic morons. I got a job offer already from two MNCs but joining zoho group is my dream. But you people proved me how bad is your management.

      I appreciate your sharing your experience about our process. I am happy to know your dreams. I will be very happy to meet you (please send a mail to kumar at gofrugal dot com) with all your assessment responses and have a discussion with an open mind. I am sure it will be a learning experience for both and at the end of the discussion we can decide on the next steps As far as our interview process is concerned, we believe in what we are doing. I have personally designed the key performance traits test based on our experience and expectation. Also, when someone has strong coding / engineering skills, we give that much higher weightage and try to explore all possibilities of how we can work with the key performance traits. In summary, for every role the emphasis and importance to core job skills is lot more than all other assessments we do One of the most important thing we look for in the candidate is attitude. We believe an open and inquisitive mind is most important for learning. Please review your post to see your attitude. If you strongly believe you had done very well in your assessment, you could have asked the GoFrugal recruitment manager to explain why you were found unsuitable for GoFrugal needs. We would have happily explained to you and if we found anything to improve in our process or skills, we would have happily accepted the same. This way, we all learn and improve To conclude, GoFrugal believes in collaborating with everyone in our journey of continuous improvement.       Round 1:Programming round This round consists of 3 programs for 90 mins. The code can be compiled only for 25 times. After the 10th time the code is automatically submitted. The languages offered for programming are c, c++, java It is an elimination round. If you clear round 1, you will be asked to select a stream out of the following java developer mobile app developer front end developer quality analyst .net developer You should explain briefly about why you chose the given role. Round 2: Key performance traits / skills In this round psychometric questions are given. You should attend 15 questions for 60 mins. Questions about how you celebrate your victory, how you handle your success or failure, about your father, favorite teacher and most memorable day. You should write a reply email for a frustrated customer. It is an elimination round. Round 3 – Technical Hr 1 This round is all about questions based on the role you chose . The questions are then raised on the basis of your resume. It goes for 25-45 mins per candidate. It is an elimination round. Round 4 – Technical Hr 2 This round involves the famous white board hr interview for 5-10 mins. Questions will be raised about your projects and achievements. Have a clear idea about the working of gofrugal. You should explain the reasons why you wish to join gofrugal. It goes for 45-90 mins per candidate. Round 5 – Personal Hr The round is quite simple . It is all about how you present yourself . General questions about your family and hobbies. Salary and position offered would be discussed.

      Tedious process involving 2 days with 3 rounds first round coding 2nd round self evaluation and then technical, project manager,and general hr. Overall it took too much time to complete the process

      It was an online interview. the round one was programming with three programming questions, From easy to difficult. Round two was descriptive round with general questions. Both the rounds were on the same day.
