I applied for GOC Manila last June and the interview process is so tedious. I think I went through 4 interviews (HR, Tech, Cultural, and Final). The tech interview is, I think, the hardest since it involves live coding with the interviewer. The position that I applied for is Application Support but the the job title is Tech Process Senior Associate. I think one of the key to passing their interview is that you must really have confident when it comes to your skills and that they are looking for someone with good character.

It moves slowly and will take a few weeks to hear back. But everyone you talk to is nice and explains the process well. The interviews are very to the point.
