I was contacted by (just me assuming) my boss-to-be, if I am able to speak for a phone interview the next day, and so they called me exactly on the time they told me (they were very punctual), and so I got another call after 7 days asking me for a second interview (personal), and they scheduled me the next day after the call. Once they've contacted you, the process will be quick and you will get follow ups. They're very helpful with the interview process. Also, the interview is very quick and straight forward. During the last part of the interview, they asked me if i have any questions, and when i said none, they laughed, and it felt really comfortable.
