Revived an email from one of the talent advisors, stating she felt my background align with the position I applied for. She wanted to setup an over the phone interview. A couple days later had my over the phone interview, it lasted about 40-45 minutes. Very conversational vs. question answer. She then stated she would forward my information to the hiring manager, if the manager liked my resume she would be reaching back out to setup a face to face interview. A few days later she called and stated the manager wanted to setup a interview with me. We set the date and she stated she would send me information to look over to prep myself for the interview. The next week I went in for my interview met with two individuals, they were beyond nice, very engaging, and responsive. They asked STAR formatted questions initially and then more questions related to my background. Very conversational and relaxed. A little over 2 weeks later my talent advisor contacted me, informing I had been selected for the position and made an offer. I accepted. Melissa is WONDERFUL... Very responsive, up beat, transparent and friendly. She does a great job.
