3 panels with directors of different areas, using competency based interview questions. There were multiple rounds, each taking about a week between them, communication during the process was minimal, but feedback was good once it ended.

No process, interviewer was more concerned with his H2 Electric Hummer that was being delivered that day, than actually interviewing me.
There was no process, no questions, no technical questions, it was the most "non interview" interview I have ever had. I cannot tell that they have a process whatsoever.
