The interview was well-organised and conducted professionally, which gave me confidence in the company's hiring process. There were several rounds of interviews: 1. Phone Screening with their Talent team; 2. Interview with Team Lead 3. Behavioural interview; 4. Interview with BD & Country Heads; 5. Case Study.
HR screening, case studies with team lead, culture fit interview, then C-suite interview. People were nice case studies kinda threw me off but Expert Networking Companies are known for that. I could tell the workload would be insane. Respect for the employees.
4 step interview process along with case study and some technical tests. Huge emphasis on GLG knowledge. Fairly staight forward process. Quick as well. So all is good with the interview peocess
