6 stages to the interivew process, 1 stage is a CV and another is a personality test. You meet members of the team and they asnwer qusetions throughout. There is a role play round too which is daunting but fun. The final interview is nearly 2 hours with 2 different senior people seperately. It is quite intense and they are looking for in depth asnwers

4 rounds - initial with recruiter, meet with a senior consultant followed by a take home exercise (straight forward) and lastly two 1x1 interviews with senior management Process was straight forward, a few more rounds of interviews than particularly necessary for the role... felt like a couple of the 1x1 interviews could have been joint together
