Process moved relatively quickly. I applied online, and within a few days HR reached out for an initial phone screen. A few days later they emailed back asking for a phone interview with the head of the department. The interviewer asked the usual questions about my past experience and future career goals.... entire process was pretty standard though the interviewer seemed uncomfortable asking questions. It didn't seem like he had had any training on how to conduct an interview.
