After the phone screening I was invited to visit their London office in person for a second round. The interview started 5 min late and lasted about 30 min. I was first given a short intro about the team and then two questions to answer. The process was straightforward and the interviewer was quite friendly.

The interview lasted only about 20 minutes and lacked depth. After the interview, there was no follow-up or update, which made the process feel incomplete and somewhat unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing experience.
