Look, it was pretty obvious that from the ones who interviewed me (with the exception of one lady who was actually very pleasant and showed genuine interest) that most did not enjoyed their roles as they probably resented not being in banking any longer. You couldn't help but feel that they were old white frat buddies at a previous life and had no intention of changing their composition type. Thank God for saving me with no offer!
