Had a phone interview with a VP, then came in for a superday a couple weeks later. The superday was tough with brain teasers, but technicals were manageable. The people who interviewed me were really friendly and the atmosphere was good. It's a competitive pool of applicants and there aren't a ton of spots open in the long run.

The interview process was fairly quick. I talked with a lot of people, and most of them were very nice. The questions in the interviews were not difficult, and they asked me very few technical questions.
