Entretien
Very engaging and well structured. They have a multi-disciplinary board of interviewers to review the candidate. They provide water for interviewees. HR is very friendly and helpful during the interview. The result of interview was fast. Able to get the offer 2 weeks after the interview. Very high level manager are involved in the interview. (at least 3) you need to prepare yourself well in all aspects.
There was an assessment center then followed by 2 round of interviews with the team, then there was a fit round that was focused on whether the culture is something that works.

What are your strengths, how do you deal with conflict
The interview process consist of several rounds from assessment screening calls to interview centre, overall very manageable and responsive. Great experience interviewing there, process can be quite long from stage to stage.
Business interview with manager. Behavioural, ask about challenges faced and personality questions. Did a personality test beforehand. Easygoing and smooth interview. Ask questions and be friendly with the interview to show interest.
