Had an interview and test drive with GFL a few weeks ago, they were extremely professional and friendly. The yard and trucks seemed very organized and well maintained. They seemed very excited to add more drivers to their already expanding work force. They were extenely helpful and answered any questions I had.

Simple and straight forward. Standard interview with only the hiring manager. Questions about experience, growth, and flexibility with role. If you have CDL experience and this isn't your first local job interview it's pretty much the standard line of questions.
