- Got a DM message from someone on their team - Virtual Interview scheduled - In-depth interview questions kicked off right away but I was not told what role I was being interviewed for and even what skill set they were looking for until AFTER the interview was more or less over - pointless - I asked a lot of questions but only received vague answers, the interviewer seemed like they were just going through the motions, it seemed obvious that they had not really done much research on me or my skill set, explaining basic concepts of agile, like backlog, scrum and sprint etc 🤷🏻‍♂️ - Said they would be 'in touch' I feel like this person just wasted 3 hours of my life (company research). They don't know what they want or even why they interviewed me.
