I had interview in May 2023 and they took 2 rounds. They were looking for multinational client. After selection in 1st round they conducted 2nd round, post that they kept my profile on hold. They didn't informed me upfront I kept following few days initially they said haven't received feedback and later they said position is on hold. In month on July they contacted me again for asking my availability for this position and scheduled HR round for salary discussion. They took more than a week for approval and still no update. When I asked for the status again they said position went on hold. You can opt for the offer which you already have with you. It was frustrating and giving fake hopes.

Do not waste your time in this company
You won't be getting offer letter after negotiate with HR also.
They look for more less salary people to join but not ready to give better offer package.
Also timing and work life balance is not good and traveling expense is also cut from your salary only then too they won't give you better offer.
My offer was not released because they were retaining employees again but I searched on LinkedIn I was able to see same job post they are looking for and yet my offer was not released.

Entretien
2 rounds of interviews, one telephonic and the other one face to face. The telephonic round was a screening round. The face to face was more with questions related to the role.
