Round robin style interview process. Twenty to thirty minute interviews with leaders of rotations within the program. Candidates are most likely to be asked why they want to join a rotational program like the Leadership Development Program.

Entretien
Smooth one day interview plus orientation of the company, they would give tour of the shop floor during the first half of the day, followed by interview from different leaders
Full day of interviews on Friday. It equals to 7 or 8 Interviews in total. You are being interviewed by managers, directors, VPs, employees in the program, and employees that have graduated from the program. Their was also a team building activity
