One on many interview where we sat in a cramped room. We could not even face each other so it was a very awkward experience. There were very few questions that dealt with the exact expectations of the position. I was very uncomfortable due to the cramped quarters. I think there were about 8 individuals who sat in but only 2 or 3 participated. It was an uncomfortable process.
