Both interview and recruitment process
Interview questions relatively standard- not particularly difficult. Not many legal or technical questions. Some context- related but more heavy on the HR, management and soft skills rather than IHL/behaviour change or other organisational mission questions.
Core competency tested does seem to be general management capacities

How would you go about persuading a sceptical representative of an armed group of the value of IHL? What are some arguments you might use?
One written test, one Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire, and 2 rounds or interviews. Complex process, individual feedback not provided even after all the time spent in replying to their assessment exercises..

Entretien
Normal conversations. Easy and not pressured to answer the questions because the interviewers are very accommodating. Just be yourself and be honest in answering the questions. The questions was all about the role you're applying for and the knowledge you have about the organization.
