Entretien
The most intense interview process I've ever been through. First was a phone interview, then a computer and type test. If you passed that, then you had a personal interview, followed by a 45 minute roll play in which you are given a packed you have time to review about several mock companies and their services and products they provide. Then your interviewer will leave the room, call you on the phone in the room, pretending to be a customer for one of the companies in the packet and you have to struggle through the packet and provide both company and customer interaction services. (This is approximately three phone calls.)

There will be 3 stages of interviews you will have to go through, 1 is about experience and interest, 2 is about how to react in different call scenarios, and 3 is talking to the acting manager himself, and he decides whether or not you are eligible. He will want to know how you see your future at GEICO, and how you see yourself in your own future as well. just be confident in yourself and be honest. If you have your bachelors degree that already puts you in line for advancement for management, if not then that's fine, they will inform you that in order to advance you will need your bachelors.
