The interview process itself is standard but they definitely need it to be more streamlined. Like many others have said, you go through so many hoops just to hear that they do not need you when they could've screened that from the get-go. I probably will not ever apply for this company ever again.
The process was 1) I believe they do a quick screening first to see your work background 2) a recruiting manager will email you to take a simple reading comprehension and aptitudes test 2) a phone interview with the recruiting manager 3) an in-person interview (about 1 hour) 4) a role-play that you really cannot prep, I tried my best to stay calm under all the tension that was passed around and because of this role-play, I was not able to move forward to the "final" interview which is essentially the job hour.
The role-play took a good 2.5-3 hours of my time and I just find it mind-blogging that they could not have organized this in a different fashion before the 1-on-1 interview. That would save the the candidates and the company itself so much time (and money).
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
