The interview process itself is standard but they definitely need it to be more streamlined. Like many others have said, you go through so many hoops just to hear that they do not need you when they could've screened that from the get-go. I probably will not ever apply for this company ever again. The process was 1) I believe they do a quick screening first to see your work background 2) a recruiting manager will email you to take a simple reading comprehension and aptitudes test 2) a phone interview with the recruiting manager 3) an in-person interview (about 1 hour) 4) a role-play that you really cannot prep, I tried my best to stay calm under all the tension that was passed around and because of this role-play, I was not able to move forward to the "final" interview which is essentially the job hour. The role-play took a good 2.5-3 hours of my time and I just find it mind-blogging that they could not have organized this in a different fashion before the 1-on-1 interview. That would save the the candidates and the company itself so much time (and money).
