Difficult but fair. Multiple rounds of interviewing, but that was not the issue. The feedback at the end was ambiguous. geico needs to be selective in who they hire but they should steer people away so easily.
Interviewed with 1 person and then had a second round with 2 people. They asked many of the same questions. They were very nice and helpful when I asked questions about the company myself.

During the interview they were open to us asking questions and seem to answer in a sincere manner
