Entretien
You will do a phone interview for the position which is fairly basic. Then, if you pass you will go into testing to find your personality fit with the company. There is an in person interview which asks basic questions about your career goals, leadership experience, and how you will apply your skills to the internship.
Everything was alright according to the predefined script sent to my email in advance. Also HR manager was cool about some of the misunderstandings I have made during the said interview. I rate it 10/10
It was a Quick phone screen with Human Resources. The representative Asked standard interview questions. Took me about 30 minutes. Received an email after with a decision after the interview.
Applied through handshake, phone interview about my interest, then I had a video interview with 4 members of management. Easy and quick process. All took about a week and a half. *If your applying for the internship make sure you tell them that you are interested in insurance even if your not and do your research on geico
