The interview scheduling sucks as they take it casually canceling the interview just two minutes before it starts several times. Not sure what the problem is with interviewers. I guess Geico has been interviewing several candidates for the same position for months or waiting to hear from the candidate on they extended. Anyway, it's a bad strategy to keep people on standby and cancel in last minute..

Entretien
Got a phone call from the recruiter to discuss my background and general information such as compensation. Next, a phone interview with a couple members of the team was scheduled, in which we discussed my background, and I was asked some technical questions. Finally, because I was out-of-state, a final round was set up via WebEx, in which I interviewed with the team and their director. The interview was both behavioral and technical.
