Several layers to the interview process. Initial phone interview about me and about the position. After phone interview, was brought into office for next steps starting with computer testing. Was told on phone that process could take up to 6 hours if computer test was passed. After computer test, was interviewed by HR Representative. After interview, was set up in a role playing situation. Since they were running late in the day, was told we would need to finish process another day. Came back another day to sit in the department and listen to calls. I was able to interact with the employees and ask questions. Then interviewed with department manager. Long process but I feel like they are setting you up for success. Received offer same afternoon.
