Entretien
Filled out an online application. Got an email to complete a couple of assessments that were reading comprehension and another that I assume tested your attention to detail. After that I received an invitation do do a video interview in which I recorded my answers on camera for 20 or so questions. This part was long but the questions were typical interview questions. A few days later I was scheduled to do a role-playing scenario that lasted about an hour or so, it was pretty intense. The person role-playing with me acted as a customer and a repair shop employee. I guess to see how you handle stress and if you can think on your feet. The next day they called me to tell me I moved on to a final interview with a manager. Pretty straightforward zoom interview. The next day I got a call with a job offer.
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

Entretien
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Entretien
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
