interview was very long, had several interviews with diff managers/leaders. if they keep telling you to wait in the office after you complete an interview then youre doing great. if they send you home at any point during the process you will not be hired
It was pretty easy. They just asked me a bunch of questions about my past experience that jobs with customer service. I thought I would get the job but never ended up getting the job. I used to be a hairstylist and was hoping to get a career change into insurance but was told I wasn't a fit.

There was a typing test to determine wpm, then I had a sales roll play call, and finally an interview with a hiring manager. Once I finished with the hiring manger, they took me to the sales floor to talk to a supervisor.

Fairly easy, was offered the position on the spot and really enjoyed the interview process with my recruiter, they involve role playing questions as well as your standard behavioral questions
