J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez GEICO en nov. 2009
Entretien
The GEICO interview I went through was a lot longer than expected.
It started with a 1 on 1 interview on campus with just the basic interview questions.
And then the second interview I did was a phone interview for a different program.
I did not get that, but instead continued with the interview process for the SLP. I then had a 8 hour day at the local GEICO where I did several tests, including computer tests, phone tests, written tests, a tour of the office and a 30 minute meeting with a supervisor in each department, and then it ended with another 1 on 1 interview. (if you are going through this please keep in mind that lunch is not included in this hiring day).
Then for the final interview, I went back to the office and did a 5 minute presentation to a panel of managers on what leadership meant to me. Also, a few days before the, I had to submit a 2000 word essay on why I am the best person for this job. At the end of the presentation, I was questioned on the presentation and every document that i submitted to them including the recent essay. After the interview, they asked me to wait in the waiting room. They called me back in after about 5 minutes and offered me the job. I then went and met and got the details for the benefits.

Process took 3 days. They called and did a phone screening interview. Explained the program and what I could expect from the process. Asked a lot of basic interview questions about my background. I took and online assessment and then contacted to schedule a second phone interview for the next day. It was more of the same questions and he wrote down the answers. Finally, I went into the office for a role playing type of test. I thought it was a neat experience, but very ineffective to determine the candidates ability to do the job once actually trained. They give you 30 mins to read instructions regarding 10 forms on the table and then give you 5 different scenarios to complete. It is hard because you are trying to learn as you are being tested, which is why I think the process is a poor judge of capability. After running through the scenario they emailed me saying I would not go further. I thought I did well considering learning it only a few minutes ago so don't beat yourself up if you don't pass, I am not quite sure what they are looking for with this method.

Question 1
Leadership scenario questions. Make sure you have plenty examples on hand of your experiences.
phone interview.
A call time was set up and scheduled on line. They asked standard questions. The whole thing only took about 20 minutes. It was easy if you prepare and talk like it is regular conversation.

Question 1
tell me about a time when you faced a difficult decision or situation and how you showed leadership
waste of time, I don't understand why they even had me go through that whole process when they already had the girl picked out. Most of the people there had no clue what was going on. sat in on some calls and sat in front of panal of three.
