This was a 15 minute prescreen, not an interview. It started off okay and then went haywire. It was kinda of like some wanna be dinosaur FBI agent from the 1920s asking questions, nothing much related to my skills, experience, or interest. Applicants, be ready to tell them what you did every single day of your life.
FYI Geico folks... background check and drug testing will normally handle some very important aspects & questions. The company should want to get to know the individual and what they can bring to the table and assess their interest and capabilities and this did not happen.
Interviewers, don't put applicants through the ringer. Be intentionally appropriate & functional in your prescreens. Please reassess your 15 minute prescreen and don't give a perfunctory review of it, just consult with SHRM or just let one of your current HR employees who has already complained about this prescreen provide some phenomenal information. And from what I read in other reviews about the interview process pass this point, you really do need additional help. If you don't want to offer a job to someone, then don't. But there is no reason the interview process should be so off-balanced and off course.

I aced the computer-based test. It was stuff that I knew from my years in retail. During the first interview, I was told that they could not find a manager for the second interview and excitedly told me if I did not hear from them to call them Friday of that week. That day I was sent a denial in an email and was frankly disappointed that they got my hopes up for a second interview.

Entretien
Very long interview process. After applying you are invited to do a personality test and run a simulation program to test multitasking. You are then scheduled to do a phone interview that lasts about an hour mostly focusing on what you would do in hypothetical situations and previous work experience. After this, you are scheduled for a role-play interview online which can be very tricky and definitely the hardest part of the interview process, try to read the documents provided thoroughly and take notes. After that you do a video interview with a hiring manager answering further questions. I took me about 2 weeks but you can theoretically schedule everything in the same day.
