J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez GEICO (Baltimore, MD) en janv. 2018

      Entretien

The process was drawn out. There was a personality test completed with the application. From there, a skills/iq test. Then I was scheduled for a phone interview that lasted 30 minutes. Then another phone interview that lasted about an hour. The interview had me on speaker phone which indicated there were listeners. I was invited to take another test which was a role play and told that a may be asked to stay for an interview. The role play was easy and complex at the same time. I was in a room by myself and had visitors and calls to my personal phone BUT there was someone in a room attached to mine with a narrow opening listening to everything. At the end, the guy came in and rushed me out. He informed me it was a tiered process and that I would hear something the next day after they scored my test. I knew I was not selected at that time because they didn’t ask me to stay for the interview. Without any training on the matter and clear instructions on how to handle the curve balls they throw at you, the role play portion is not that smart and a complete waste of time and energy for candidates. And the lurkers in the other room don’t help your nerves!!! The next day received an email to apply again in twelve months. Not worth it at all!

Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

      Question 1

What do you know about the job? Why do you have a gap in your employment history? How many times have you been late to work in the past 5 years?

I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??

Employment gap history… which I thought was illegal
