the interview has multiple parts I think if they dont say we are not moving you to the next step then you didnt make it, the first step is a phone interview, the second a typing and multitasking test, the 3rd is a interview with HR and a roleplay simulation over a phone where you are a service representative, and the last test is a shadowing and final 1 on 1 with manager, overall it wasnt too bad, try to upsell yourself and do some research so you can add tibits about geico into your conversations

Process was pretty straightforward, I applied online, within minutes I was sent an email for an assessment, within 24 hours I was able to schedule a phone interview. I was asked to come in for a final in person interview. I received an offer.

Entretien
Process was very straightforward. I applied, and shortly after had the opportunity to take an assessment. Once those results came in a day or two later I was contacted to schedule a Webex interview. My interviewer was very nice and helpful and seemed genuinely engaged in my interview and getting to know me.
