The beginning of the process is normal. Phone screen, online assessment and then a longer full phone interview. Then it got weird. I was called to set up the next steps which I was told included some role plays. The person who left the message never mentioned their titled and mumbled their first name. After some back and forth phone calls a date and time was scheduled. I show up, no introductions guess I'm just to assume it's the person I've been talking to, whom I'm not sure of their name or title. Taken to an office and asked if I'm ready or need to use the bathroom. Ok, weird. Then another person comes in reads some directions then plays a cassette tape on a boom box of more instructions that are 35 min long. Those directions go with the fake documents for the role plays. After the first role play I decided it was hilarious. I see the point of the role play but the process, the way it was administered and in this case the people who did it left a bad impression. I withdrew my application. Who knows if I would've had an offer but in this case I didn't want to find out.

Question 1
How would you handle a body shop accusing you of trying to cheat a customer?
Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
