I filled out the an application online 12/21/16. 12/22/16 I received an email, asking if when I would be available to the Service Testing Appointment and an interview. 12/27/16 they had me taking a multi-tasking test, a typing test and also a worksheet of why you would be the best candidate. In the multitasking test you answer calls and emails. All the test were easy. If you pass all the test, you would get an interview. In the interview I was asked about my experience, and what do I plan on doing with my degree. No S.T.AR. questions.
