9/21 Applied & took personality test online
9/22 Received email for request to have phone interview
9/24 Had basic phone interview with basic questions (Why GEICO, are you applying anywhere else, why are you leaving your job), they gave details about the position, pay, training and work schedule. I was told I was moving to next step and scheduled computer skills test
9/27 Took computer skills test took about 1 hour and was told immediately after I passed. Scheduled/planned for all other interviews in one day on the 6th.
10/6 Had interview with HR that consisted of behavioral questions. Immediately after did a role play scenario where you get an instruction packet about a fake insurance company and what they offer. The interviewer left me for about 20-25 minutes to read the packet and review the papers, then she delivered a couple papers that were fake invoices for you to enter in the client files, then they did mock calls with an angry customer, a reasonable customer and a confused customer asking about a claim, starting a new claim, and asking about a bill. I was really nervous about this part and thought it was going to be the hardest but it was actually easy and I thought I failed because I had extra time between the calls and deliveries but I was told right away I passed. Next I shadowed someone on the floor for the position I applied for for maybe 45 minutes and got to listen to a call and have a look at the software they use and ask questions about working there. Once that was done the manager took me to her office for a final interview with another manager. They asked pretty basic questions about what I thought were the most important skills to have in the position and if I could give an example of when/how I posses the skills. They stepped out to talk for a minute and gave me an offer on the spot and I was fortunate enough to be able to take my drug test (hair follicle) right after being offered the job.
I was on location for about 5 hours which was REALLY long in my opinion and it kinda stinks to have to take the time off a current job and if you can't get everything done in one day it could be difficult for other to get the time off to do the whole process. However, with that said I really liked how thorough the interview process was and I appreciated being able to shadow someone, it helped me to get a better idea of what I was really getting myself into and if I really wanted to do this job.

I aced the computer-based test. It was stuff that I knew from my years in retail. During the first interview, I was told that they could not find a manager for the second interview and excitedly told me if I did not hear from them to call them Friday of that week. That day I was sent a denial in an email and was frankly disappointed that they got my hopes up for a second interview.

Very long interview process. After applying you are invited to do a personality test and run a simulation program to test multitasking. You are then scheduled to do a phone interview that lasts about an hour mostly focusing on what you would do in hypothetical situations and previous work experience. After this, you are scheduled for a role-play interview online which can be very tricky and definitely the hardest part of the interview process, try to read the documents provided thoroughly and take notes. After that you do a video interview with a hiring manager answering further questions. I took me about 2 weeks but you can theoretically schedule everything in the same day.
