I have been through 5 rounds of interviews. The first one is with the team head. And, the second and third are with the HR and sales departments. The fourth and fifth one are with HR.

There are two rounds interviews. First round, interviewed by the direct manager and the HR, questions are mainly about education, background and my plan for the future; Second round, interviewed by the direct manager and one higher level manager, questions are mainly about soft skills like communication skills.
