applied online in June and had initial zoom with recruiter early July. Then had 3 rounds of interviews and wrapped up the process the last week of July. Recruiter was very communicative and friendly in the beginning then completely ghosted me. End of August got the automated rejection email after sending her 2-3 follow up emails throughout the month. Pretty messed up considering how much time I spent interviewing and preparing to interview. Unprofessional.
