Application online, followed by an email for invitation to the interview. The initial screening was very intense, because the interview was between me and another person. There was one single interview with HR & the hiring manager, in which pretty common questions were asked - my strength, weaknesses, goals, etc. I always related back to my own experiences (STAR method). After a few weeks of the interview I got an offer.
Got a call to schedule interview, friendly interviewers, asked about experience regarding the job description and knowledge about the company. I had 3 interviewers and 1 previous intern in my call.

It was very chill and the questions are all behavioural and situational, the interviewer was very welcoming and friendly, they get back to me pretty fast within 2-3 days scheduling another interview
