Very well run interview process. The recruiter's questions were very good and were some of the best I had every had presented to me in an interview. I was happy that I brought exra copies of resume since the copies they had were off the on-line GE database and were unformated and difficult to read.

How to do get diffcult team members to work together even when they don't in fact work for you?
The hiring manager interview was virtual, followed by a virtual panel interview. Most interviewers were from Amazon, and the process resembled Amazon-style interviews focused heavily on behavioral and leadership-based questions.

3 phase interview, it took a long time until get the response, many iteractions. More ir less 3 months. Firat step was with local GM, then with the regional manager. After with the HR team.
