I obtained an interview opportunity through a job fair at my university. The interview took place about a month or so afterwards. The interview was fairly general. I was not asked any specific questions about programming or anything related to the technical aspects of the job. Pretty standard questions about greatest strengths/weaknesses. Asked about projects at school and work experience. Very standard experience.

I applied online and was selected for a first-round interview with a Software Engineer on the team who asked a combination of behavioral and technical questions to assess my skills and experience.
It was a behavioral interview. It was very straightforward, they just asked about everything on my resume and asked me to walk them through my experiences. There were no leetcode questions or anything like that they pretty much just did a full resume review with me. I applied through a career fair.
