The interview process lasted 4 weeks, told me I would know within 2 weeks, 2 months later I had no word. I guy interviewed for a similar position about a month after me and was given the nod very swiftly. They then contacted me and told me I was still in contention however they also wanted to interview me for a new position. I felt they were being far too indecisive during the hiring process, what would the actual culture be like in house, done some snooping, and decided it wasn't for me.

The interview is quite normal, lasts for about 20 mins. i was interviewed by the director of business solution team, she focus more on whether the intern has communication skills. But i didn't quite prepare for my experience.

Fast and smooth for phone screening. Hiring manager was open about the expectations during the interview and eager to listen what I told during interview. Background check was fast. They are offering whatever you said as an expectation during phone screening.

A preliminary phone call from the hiring manager, a small chit chat about interest in the position, then the relevance of previous experience. An interview was scheduled with the team. The interview was pleasant and light, while still covering necessary candidate competences. Great work culture and cool office.
