Met with hiring manager, HR manager, and 2 other managers at same level as hiring manager. Everyone is extremely friendly and allowed me to ask as many questions as I had. The process was pretty quick as it only took 5 days from the time HR contacted me for interview for all the interviews to be completed and get an offer.

How does your experience prepare you for the expanded responsibilities of the position?
Not bad as I interviewed with Sr Manager and team. It helps to network beforehand to make the process easier. When your already working internally at GE you need to apply to the job right away because there could be many people applying as well. Unfortunately sometimes politics are involved.

1 phone interview, followed by one day onsite. Met with 5 people from different groups. overall good experience. Got a good understanding of the company, group, and current projects. The decision making was pretty quick.
