First screening came at career fair. From there if they think you will be a good fit a second round one-on-one interview will take place. My second round-interview was with one HR member and one technical team member. Questions ranged from soft skill scenarios and what would you do to more technical requirements.

I went to the career fair at my University. After talking to their team for a few minutes they invited me to interview the next day with one technical team member and another HR rep.
